What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQs vary by product and customization level, and we keep them deliberately low so new buyers can test the market. Share the item and quantity you have in mind and we'll confirm the exact MOQ and pricing in your quote.

Do you offer OEM, private label and custom branding?

Yes. Both divisions can be produced to your specification and sold under your own brand — your logo, woven labels, colours, sizing and packaging. Send a tech pack or reference samples and we'll match them.

Can I order from both divisions on a single order?

Absolutely. One of the main reasons buyers work with us is consolidating textiles and sports goods under one purchase order, one point of contact and one shipment where it makes sense.

Do you provide samples before bulk production?

Yes — we produce pre-production samples to your design and labelling for approval before any bulk run begins, so what ships is exactly what you signed off.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank wire (T/T), letters of credit (L/C), PayPal and major cards, with Western Union typically used for sample charges. Terms are agreed up front and confirmed on your invoice.

How do you control quality?

Every order goes through in-line checks during production and a final inspection before dispatch. We share inspection reports and photos so you can approve before goods leave.

How is shipping and export handled?

We arrange export documentation, freight and door-to-door delivery. Tell us your destination and preferred Incoterms and we'll quote landed options alongside ex-works.
